Cancellations made 7 days or more before the Grand Reunion will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event or no-shows are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted through the event registration system or by contacting the event organizer.
